Comprised of two projecting two-story blocks with sheer south facades and five-bay east and west facades, the two-story center block consists of five first floor bays, and a centered metal and aluminum window wall on the second floor. The building is sheathed in tan and umber brick, laid in running bond with the latter brick irregularly interspersed. On the south facade, the only openings in the two blocks are those of four ground level and one mid-wall ventilator louvers. The south facade of the central block contains two entries at either block corner. The flat roof consists of galvanized coping.
