This colonial revival house has been modified, including a large east wing addition, making the mass of the building symmetrical. Distinctive features include the pilaster-framed entrance in a projective entrance hall topped by a triangular pediment and bull's-eye window, the projecting side pavilions, and the pitched roof with dormers and tall chimneys. Though not of interest in detail, the siting of this horizontal building on a carriage turn-about at the end of McGraw Place adds drama.
