Wing Hall is a three story, Beaux-Arts building with brown brick walls, limestone trim, and dark gray slate, pitched roof. A flight of limestone steps leads to an Ionic hexastyle portico. The third story has a limestone stringcourse. Above the portico the wall is articulated by short, limestone pilasters which stand above the stringcourse and extend to the wooden, exposed-rafter cornice. Wank, Adams, Slavin & Assoc added an extension to the rear in 1965. The plain walls are mottled in brown and tan brick, pierced by tall, narrow windows, and topped by a flat roof.
