Built in the Post-Modern style, this fifteen-story building is comprised completely of red brick, with off-angle mechanical and elevator shafts that give the building a general star shape. The facades are comprised of sheer walls, with two projecting brick bays on the east and west facades. The quality of craftsmanship is evident by the uniformity of the surface, which helps give the building a monolithic quality. The absence of windows, except for the ribbon windows at the top floor, aid in the sentinel-like quality of the building.
