Performance Management Process (PMP)
FS is currently implementing a new Performance Management Process (PMP). The new process is based on the work of Leading Cornell participants who developed the following PMP model.
The Developmental Dialogue is the performance management tool for non-union employees. The Performance Appraisal is the performance management tool for union employees. Return complete Developmental Dialogues and Performance Appraisals to Human Resources at 129 Humphreys by March 31 each year.
The Performance Improvement Plan can be utilized to set clear expectations and monitor progress. Contact HR to develop a plan.
