Grumman Hall is a smaller version of Phillips (1955), Upson (1956), and Hollister (1957). A rectangular box with alternating horizontal bands of limestone panels, blue-green terracotta, and strip windows framed in aluminum. Grumman is underwent extensive reconstruction due to construction of the neighboring Theory Center (Rhodes Hall).
