This massive, four story brick building was designed by Franzen in the Futuristic language of the Post-Modernists. The south facade consists of a seven bay facade, with geometrical window openings. Connecting this building with its older predecessor is a one and one-half story enclosed walkway, with the same window shape on either side. While the use of brick tends to mimic it neighbors, its massing and horizontality does not. The north facade looks out onto and above Forest Home Drive and Beebe Lake.
